Current Market Conditions:
How is the market doing in the Charlotte are? The following are sales numbers for the month of March and for the first quarter of 2008 for the Lake Norman area.
The Point and The Peninsula are the higher price points, River Run price wise falls between medium and high and Brikdale price points are low to middle.
Also, I am giving you a total overview of the housing market for areas 13/2 & 13/3 which is from exits 25 to exit 36 along I-77 and encompasses all price points.
In summary, every community and every price point is below last year.
Business is slow, but it is not dead!
