Jack and I came to theLake Norman area specifically to retire almost eight years ago. Jack started his career in sales and became president of several troubled companies and help turn them around. I had been a school teacher, then a mom and went back to work, working for a Presentation Skills Trainer, Author and Speaker. I did everything but speak. I was in charge of his finances, scheduling and all his marketing which included Desktop Publishing, We had looked for five years for a home and our final destination was the Lake Norman area which we fell in love with and knew this is where we wanted to be. I think it reminded us of home with all the water and green. But, the weather here is a "10", as we are from Minnesota. We looked atLake Norman homes, but decided to build our own home. Jack and I had a lot of fun building our home on Lake Norman.
After settling into the area playing golf and tennis for a year, we decided we needed more in our lives and away we went to Real Estate School, as a suggestion from our neighbor. We then became Team Ziegler and have concentrated on Cornelius Real Estate, Davidson Real Estate, Huntersville Real Estate and Mooresville Real Estate. We market mostly in The Peninsula, The Point and River Run.
